I spent four decades in the corner office as Chairman, President, CEO, COO, and CFO across energy and technology, along with 30 years of nonprofit board work in governance, development, and finance. I know what it costs to lead at that level, and I know what it feels like when the title goes away.

Now I coach and facilitate for senior leaders and professionals navigating the transitions nobody prepares you for: unexpected career shifts, retirement, reinvention, and the deeper question of who you are when you're no longer the person with all the answers. I work with clients across the United States and internationally, one on one and in groups. My work is grounded in real experience, deep listening, and a long personal practice of mindfulness and Zen. I don't sell frameworks. I bring what I've learned the hard way.

I hold an ICF ACC credential and EMCC EIA Practitioner accreditation, and completed the Professional Coaching Program at Rice University's Doerr Institute for New Leaders. I am Faculty in Residence at Modern Elder Academy, the world's first midlife wisdom school, and hold their master certification in Transitional Intelligence. I serve on the boards of The Woodstock Foundation, Space Center Houston, and on boards across public and private companies, private enterprises, and foundations throughout my career.
